Do I need to book in advance?+

Walk-ins are always welcome, but Saturdays book up by lunchtime — especially the 11–1 slot. Friday nights, weekday afternoons, you can usually walk in cold and be jumping in 5 minutes.

What's the age range? Is it safe for toddlers?+

We've got attractions for ages 2 through teen, plus adults (you'll go on every slide once and then sit on a bench, we know how this works). Toddler Cove is fenced off for under-5s and we run weekday-morning Toddler Time slots when the big kids are in school.

Do I have to jump with my kid?+

Nope. Kids 5+ can jump on their own. Under 5, an adult needs to be with them. Either way, parents jump free when their kid has a wristband — no separate ticket.

What about birthdays — what's actually included?+

Two hours of jumping for the kids, a 30-minute private party room with paper goods we provide, a host whose entire job is making the birthday kid feel like the main character, and we clean up afterward. You bring the cake. Pizza, drinks, and goodie bags are add-ons. Most parents pick the Stratus package because it's everything-included.

Do you do school field trips and group events?+

Yes — and weekday-afternoon group rates start at $12/kid for groups of 15+. We've hosted scout troops, daycares, church groups, sports teams, and one very enthusiastic book club. Email [email protected] for a custom quote.

Is the park climate-controlled? My kid melts in heat.+

14,000 sqft of glorious A/C. We keep it at 72°F year-round. The only sweat involved is honest, athletic, kid-running-laps sweat.

Cancellation policy on parties?+

Reschedule free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours, your deposit becomes credit toward a future booking. We've never kept anyone's money for not showing up — we've got kids too, we get it.
